Sometime, towards the end of 2014, there was an opportunity to travel to Sikkim in the north east of India. Sikkim is a state sharing it borders with Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan. Statistics apart, this state is probably the next best place to paradise. I remember, we reached Gangtok from Majithar, towards the latter part of the day . This kind of gifts of Mother nature, do not happen every day and thus making this image all the more special to me.

Taken in the evening against a setting sun, what caught my eye, was the intricate geometry of the branches, which are otherwise not visible, when covered with leaves. Normally, we tend to just walk past such trees, but this being right next to my house, probably caught my attention.
