A time of fun
A time of frolic
A time to play
A time to be carefree
A time of Hakuna Matata
There comes a stage in life when you want to sit back and reminisce the past. That period of life, where all that you cared for was playing. I say that was the period where the three “f”’s mattered the most. They were fun, frolic and food.
We did not know what worry was. We did not know what stress was. Insomnia hence was not in our vocabulary. It was the golden era of sheer innocence and simplicity. Sadly, this gets eaten away as we grow older and face the world.
Digging through my archives, I chanced upon this set of pictures. It was of a little boy, with long hair and a forehead, the size of a football field. He was bereft of worries. He always had a smile on his lips. But who was he?. I realized after a time that, the little boy was me.
The picture was from a time many decades ago. I do not know who had taken these pictures. I only wish to turn the clock back and utter, HAKUNA MATATA!!
