An Eternal Bond...but.......

I shall be there for you

When you need me the most...

I will lend you my ears, when you need to talk to me the most...

I will be there beside you, when you are loneliest the  most....

To me, most precious is your happiness than your tears...

For your happiness, I shall always strive the most, today and Forever...

Bonds between siblings is the most precious thing on this planet. To me, it is the most priceless among all human relationships. This picture of an elder sister and younger brother (incidentally, the youngest sibling ) is that of my colleague's children. The eldest sister is an NCC cadet who happened to be attending a camp, outside of Bangalore for the first time. The little fellow had never stayed away from his sister. It was very traumatizing for him to stay away from his sister for so long. When the family was allowed to meet their children in the camp for the first time, this picture was taken. This picture is an epitome of bonding, innocence and pure love.

But sadly as we grow up, the innocence goes and we turn more materialistic. Largely, we lose these values and thepurity of childhood. This is not only in India, but I guess, the world over. But why? I ask myself. I wish, I knew the answer for the same.
